1. Disperse Belfiore frozen ravioli in a 9x13 inch rectangular casserole pan, and cover with
sauce. Loosely cover with foil.

2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for approximately 30-45 minutes, until the edges are
bubbly and the center is hot.

3. If desired, when your ravioli dish is hot and bubbly, you can sprinkle cheese on top, and
cook uncovered for another 10 minutes.

4. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Fridge Defrost Method

1. Defrost your Belfiore pizza dough, in its bag, in the fridge overnight.
2. Remove from the fridge at least 6 hours before your desired cooking time, allowing it to warm to room temperature, and rise approximately double in size before cooking.

Counter Defrost Method
1. Place your Belfiore pizza dough bag on the counter in the morning, allowing it to defrost throughout the day and rise to approximately double in size before making your pizza.

1. Remove stickers from foil lids, or replace paper lid with foil on your frozen Belfiore lasagna.

2. Place on a flat pan, and bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for the following cook times:

a. 2 serving - 1 to 1.5 hours
b. 4 serving - 2 to 2.5 hours
c. 8-10 serving - 3 hours +

3. If desired, remove foil when the lasagna is hot and bubbly in the middle, and cook for an additional 5-15 minutes to brown the cheese on the top

4. Let rest 10 minutes before serving
